Where is my order?

When you log in to your account you can view your order yourself. Here you will find the status and the expected delivery time. If your order has already been sent, it will be delivered as soon as possible. You can track your order with your Track & Trace code (which you will receive by email). This is only active in the evening of the day of dispatch.

When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be shipped when we have everything in stock.
When everything is in stock and you order before 21.00, it will be the same day. When items with a delivery time are included in the order, we first wait until the entire order is complete before sending it.
After shipment, we hope that you can receive it the next day, but we cannot promise this.

How do I return something?

At Agradi you can return your products free of charge (within the Netherlands) once, within the trial period (90 days). For this you must use the shipping method as indicated in the conditions (Agradi has agreements with DPD and DHL and offers free shipping). If you meet the conditions of return, the package can be returned once free of charge. You can create the return shipment by clicking on the orange button.

Can I add products at my delivery?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add products to a current order.

Can I combine my order with a current order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders from a logistical point of view.

Can I still change my address?

If your order has already been shipped, but has not yet been delivered, you can still change the address via the email you receive from DPD about the delivery.
