Payment methods

What payment methods does Agradi offer?

Agradi offers multiple payment methods.
Agradi uses a paymentprovider called Icepay, which bundles every payment, foreign and domestic, for Agradi.
Because of this your payment is processed safely and matched with your order. Due to the match Agradi can only edit or pay back a specific order and has no further access to information about your bank. However this can result in the fact that Agradi has to put separate requests in for your IBAN and BIC Codes. Agradi does not save or store bank information which is why multiple requests can happen. It is not possible to change an account number for a repayment. 
For paid payment methods Agradi uses a set price that is based on the cost price of that payment method which consists of costs for subscription, a set fee, revenue fee and other costs that come with cancellation. This price has been calculated as an average over all orders.

Paypal (€1,95 Euro)

You use your own paypal account to fulfil the payment. The costs of a paypal transaction for us cost 3,4% of the amount + a set amount. We determined 1,95 euro as average that we use for every order paid with PayPal. For more information see www.paypal.com

Credit card (€1,95 Euro)

We accept the major credit cards Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged at the time when we accept your order. The surcharge for paying with your credit card is € 1,95.
Order procedure

Ordering from Agradi is only possible via the website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to order by phone!

Ordering at Agradi is safe and simple:

Step 1. Shopping basket

In step 1. you will see an overview of the items you have added to the shopping basket.
Each item is shown separately and you can remove the item or change the quantity if you wish.
Shipping costs and any discounts are also displayed.

Step 2. Your details

In step 2, the ordering process, we need your details in order to deliver your order.
Here you can check your details and change them if necessary.

Step 3. Delivery method

In step 3 you can indicate the delivery address. This can be either the billing address or another delivery address.
For example your work address or a DPD ParcelShop. No extra costs will be charged for a different delivery address.
Here you can also place a comment for the delivery person of up to 33 characters.

Step 4. Overview and payment

In the last step, you choose the payment method. There is a wide choice of free, paid, pre-payment and post-payment methods. After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. In the order confirmation you will find an overview of your order. When paying in advance, you will also find all the necessary payment details in the order confirmation.

Please note! 

Adding items to an already placed order is unfortunately not possible;
Ordering by phone is unfortunately not possible;
Collecting products is unfortunately not possible;
We also do not carry out shop activities at the property address;
Cancelling your order yourself is unfortunately not yet possible, please contact customer service.
What are the conditions for our vouchers?

At Agradi we make vouchers available for our loyal customers. This is an extra discount that you can calculate in your shopping cart. The vouchers are always valid on a minimum order amount*. This order amount does not include shipping costs. You can use one voucher per order. In addition, vouchers cannot be used on SALE/OUTLET items.

Normally, these discounts are valid on the following amounts:

Loyalty Voucher: 

€5.00 on a minimum order of €50.00

Trusted shops:

€5.00 on a minimum order of €75.00

Welcome discount:

€5,- on a minimum order of €75,-

If you want to apply a voucher to your order, take into account the minimum amount. Vouchers are not valid on sale, outlet, feed, pharmacy items / supplements, books and some other exceptions**.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash

The expiration dates of the vouchers can be found in your account.

* If the order amount after the return is lower than the minimum order amount, the amount of the relevant voucher can still be charged. When the order is returned in full, the full amount paid will be refunded.

** Some brands that fall under this exception:
