Current orders

Can I add products to my order?
Want to add more products to your order? You can add missing products to your order anytime before it ships! Simply contact our customer service with your order number and the desired products. We'll happily update your order for you.
Can my order be split?

You can choose to have an order that has a longer delivery time than at the time of ordering, already partially shipped. This without additional costs from an order amount of € 99. You can also choose to order an alternative product for not to inform us of the product in stock, so that we can send your order sooner. This is subject to the condition that the amount does not exceed the amount paid for this product. Unfortunately, we cannot process additional payments.

Note: If payment is made with Riverty, no partial delivery can be made.

Can I cancel (something else from) my order?
That is indeed possible. For this, it is best to contact us by telephone on +31 85-88 88 049
Can I combine my order with a current order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders from a logistical point of view.
Can I still change my address?
If your order has already been shipped, but has not yet been delivered, you can still change the address via the email you receive from DPD about the delivery.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped when we have everything in stock.
When everything is in stock and you order before 21.00, it will be the same day. When items with a delivery time are included in the order, we first wait until the entire order is complete before sending it.
After shipment, we hope that you can receive it the next day, but we cannot promise this.
