How does the Agradi loyalty program work?
It is very simple! You register for free as an Agradi member and can start saving immediately! For signing up, you will even receive 100 points!

You can earn points in various ways, which you can then use to buy great gifts!

Finally, as an Agradi member you can advance from Bronze to Silver, Gold or even Platinum! In each membership level you enjoy additional benefits, such as more available gifts.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points for every euro you spend, in addition there are other activities through which you can earn points. To see all the ways you can earn points, go to the ‘Earn points’ section on this page.


How do I redeem my points?

Once you have logged into your account, go to the ‘Rewards’ section on this page. If you have saved enough points, you can exchange them for rewards here!


How many free products can I add per order?
You can add one free gift per order.


I redeemed points for a gift but don't see the free product?
Go to https://agradi.com/pages/rewards , log in with your Agradi account and click on the “View Rewards” button. Any rewards you have previously claimed but not yet used can be found here. Click the green arrow next to the existing reward to add this gift to your cart.


What do different point statuses mean?

  • Approved: Ready to use for rewards.
  • Pending: Your points are awaiting verification. Typical for recent purchases and referrals.
  • Cancelled: Not added to your account, for example when a purchase is cancelled.



What does "Fill your cart first*" mean?

To claim and order your free item or reward, you must first add paid items to your cart.


When will my points be credited?

After completing your purchase, the points will be permanently added to your account within 20 days. This waiting period is in place to ensure that the points are correctly assigned. Once this period has passed, you can use your points without any restrictions.


Do I receive loyalty points when purchasing a gift card?

Yes, when purchasing a gift card, you receive loyalty points. However, when redeeming a gift card, no loyalty points are awarded for the amount paid with the gift card. For example, if you make a purchase of €100 and pay €40 with a gift card, you will only receive loyalty points for the remaining €60.


Can I still receive loyalty points if I placed an order as a guest?

Yes, customers who place an order as a guest and create an account within one day can receive their loyalty points retroactively. This applies within one day of placing the order.


Conditions Agradi loyalty program

  • Free claimed items cannot be returned, and the redeemed points will not be refunded.
  • Free items can only be claimed if you have paid items in your basket
  • Your points remain valid for 12 months
  • Your level/tier may change based on your order history over the past 12 months. If you order less, you can drop down to a lower tier, but with new purchases you can rise again!
  • Agradi reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions or conditions.
  • When purchasing a gift card, you receive loyalty points. However, no points are awarded for amounts paid with a gift card.
  • Did you place an order as a guest and create an account within one day? Then you will receive your loyalty points retroactively.

What are the conditions for our vouchers?

At Agradi, we offer vouchers to reward our loyal customers. These provide an extra discount that can be applied in your shopping cart. Vouchers are always subject to a minimum order amount*. This amount excludes shipping costs. Only one voucher can be used per order. Additionally, vouchers may not always be valid across the entire assortment some exceptions may apply.

Typically, the following minimum order amounts apply for discounts:

Loyalty Voucher: €7.50 discount with a minimum order of €75

If you’d like to apply a voucher to your order, please make sure your total meets the minimum amount. Note that exceptions may apply to the use of vouchers.

Due to technical reasons, vouchers cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Voucher expiration dates can be found in your account.

If the order total falls below the minimum amount after returning items, the voucher amount may be charged. In case of a full return, the full paid amount will be refunded.

Influencer and partner codes may only be shared by the respective influencer or partner on their own platform(s), as outlined in the applicable terms.
