Customer service

DPD Update January 14:
Due to snowfall and icy conditions over the past few days, DPD has experienced a backlog.

What does this mean for me?
Parcels will be delivered with a delay of 1–3 days. If you have received a track & trace code, this means that we have packed your parcel. The status “Your parcel is being prepared by the sender” means that your order is ready for collection by DPD. This may therefore take a little longer than usual. DPD is doing everything possible to clear the backlog as quickly as possible.
