Problems with orders:

I have received a damaged item, what now?
If you have received a damaged item, we would like to hear from you within 48 hours. You can email us at service@agradi.com. We would like to receive your order number and a photo of the defective item.
Is there an item missing from my order?
If an item is missing from the order, please let us know within 48 hours. You can email us at service@agradi.com. We would like to receive your order number and a photo of your package.
Received the wrong item?
If you have received a wrong item, please let us know within 48 hours. You can email us at service@agradi.com. We would like to receive your order number and a photo of the incorrectly received item.
Received the wrong order?
If you have received the wrong order, please let us know within 48 hours. You can email us at service@agradi.com. We would like to receive your order number and a photo of the label of your package and of the items you received.
Swap an item?
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to exchange items with us. You may return the item and order a new item via the website. If a discount applied, you are still entitled to this, this is only valid when you order the same item in a different size. We can also refund the shipping costs to you once. For this you can email us at service@agradi.com
Guarantee
If the item has become defective, you can contact our customer service. We would like to receive an explanation by e-mail of what is defective in the item, together with your order number and a photo or video of the defect. You can send the email to service@agradi.com.
