Is the ceiling length from the saddle cutout? Otherwise my horse wears 155-160 blankets depending on the cut

The manufacturer's specifications are: Size XL, suitable for back or ceiling length (EU): 160 - 165 cm. Large size, suitable for back or ceiling length (EU): 145-155 cm.
