For oral use only, so make sure to feed them to your dog with or after some food. The recommended dose is 0.5 mg Milbemycin Oxime and 5 mg Praziquantel per kg of your dog's weight once a day. Weigh your dog to get the dosage right.

Dogs 5 - 25 kg: 1 tablet.
Dogs 25 - 50 kg: 2 tablets.
Dogs 50 - 75 kg: 3 tablets.
