How is the size of this cap in cm? Is the cap shiny or matt? there are 2 different images on the images, but you can not choose to order when ordering.

Size XS / S is 49-53 cm Size S / M is 54-56 cm Size M / L is 57-59 cm Size L / XL is 60-61 cm The black helmet is matt.
