Vertargil Green Clay has a strong cleansing effect, is rich in enzymes, contains beneficial minerals, and is an exceptional natural remedy for purifying and restoring the skin
Loose clay powder that can be mixed with water to make clay
Green clay allows the skin to breathe and does not block it
Suitable for cleaning open or irritated skin
Can be applied twice every 12 hours: two applications per day
The clay dries over time when applied to the skin
When covered with plastic wrap, the clay remains soft for several hours to work effectively
After use, rinse off with lukewarm water; any remaining pieces can stay as the clay continues to work
For other uses, the clay should remain on the skin for several hours to be effective
The fine and coarse versions of green clay have the same effect; the coarse version is often used on horse legs because it is firmer
This extra fine green clay powder is also suitable for human use
Green clay should not be given internally to pregnant mares, horses with kidney issues, heavily trained horses, or horses with physical abnormalities. Such treatments should only be administered under the advice of a veterinary naturopathic therapist.
For horses: 16 g up to 2 times per day in the feed. For ponies: 8 g up to 2 times per day.
