How to Use

How Long to Use
For those sudden issues, a few days to 3 weeks should do it. If it's ongoing discomfort, effects should show in 1-3 weeks. Keep a long-term maintenance dose, typically half of what’s on the pack. Start with a higher dose if needed and ease down to the lowest effective dose.
