It's not just for the legs but also for around your arm if you need to quickly find a fluorescent piece but don't have a vest nearby. The fleece is very soft and the velcro is very sturdy! They don't fall off.

It's super easy to use and stays in place. I do it over both fat and just on the legs. After a number of washes and intensive use, I unattached the velcro to one reflective tape. But I'm super happy with the product. You are clearly visible in traffic.
