Exactly what I was looking...

Exactly what I was looking for! My old Back on Track outsides were unfortunately broken after years of use, so I only reordered the outsides. They fit really well, I can only recommend them!

Very nice

It would have been nicer if it had been written right away that it was the case. Otherwise, I'm a fan of Back on Track Wellentex. I can recommend this product range to everyone (especially for older horses).

The price for the exterior alone is high, though.

According to the description, it was about the royal leg protectors, but it only concerns the outside. In the meantime, this has been updated on the site and I can return them despite having them from February. I hadn't opened them yet and just found out that it's not about the royal protectors. My mistake, the employee, also reminded me to check the order immediately from now on. Very nice that Agradi still want to take it back. So the low values have nothing to do with Agradi's service. I am very satisfied with that. However, I can report the following about the product itself... for the neoprene shell alone, the price is very high. A friend of mine has the full leg protectors and they are really recommended for a horse with osteoarthritis because of the special padding. However, these “envelopes” are nothing more than ordinary neoprene protectors.

Wrong description! Wrong product!

Both the title and the description state that these are a pair of Back on Track leg protectors. What we got is a cover for the leg protectors instead of the leg protectors themselves. Complaint filed, leg protectors ordered and paid for, cover received. We want leg protectors. Reimbursement proposal but we would like the leg protectors as also stated on the website. Since then, no response. However, we have been an Agradi customer for 2 years. This is cowardly!
