Good afternoon, What are the dimensions of the sizes? For example, I can only select M, but I cannot find how long this collar is. Please let me know!

A = length to the last hole, B = length to the first hole. Size XS A = 27cm W = 21cm, Size SA = 33cm W = 25cm, Size MA = 44cm W = 35cm, Size LA = 49cm W = 41cm, Size XL A = 59cm W = 51cm, Size XXL A = 69cm W = 61cm .
