Magnesium is important for muscle function and the nervous system. When there is a magnesium deficiency, or when the body uses more magnesium due to stress or excessive sweating, the muscles remain tense. Because the muscles remain tense, this affects the behaviour and mood of the horse.

Synovium Mgnium therefore contains:

Magnesium Oxide & Magnesium Chelate:
Magnesium oxide is absorbed relatively quickly and is therefore rapidly available. Magnesium chelate is absorbed more slowly but has a higher biological value. Combining these two forms of magnesium ensures that a greater amount is absorbed by the body, providing optimal effectiveness.

B-vitamins:
These are important for a well-functioning nervous system and therefore promote calm behaviour in the horse. This also has a positive effect on concentration. In addition, B-vitamins have antioxidant properties and play a role in the body’s energy metabolism.
