BCAA powder consists of three essential branched chain amino acids: L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine. The abbreviation BCAA stands for Branched Chain Amino Acids.

Tip: Administer for at least 4 weeks. If desired, the product can also be given continuously at intervals of 3 months, followed by a rest period of 1 to 2 weeks. If desired, you can repeat the dose of BCAA after this rest period.
