Sweating is a natural phenomenon. It allows to lower the body temperature during exercise, extreme heat or stressful situations. The horse is the mammal that sweats the most intensely and the loss of water is important. The sweat of horses contains not only water, but also a large amount of different salts, called electrolytes. These play a key role in water retention in the body and ensure that the body functions properly at all times. A horse that sweats is necessarily dehydrated and loses much of its physical capabilities and comfort due to the leakage of electrolytes.

Hydraction provides fast nutritional and easy compensation for glucose and sodium deficiencies by limiting their effects: stiffness and muscle soreness.
- Dextrose stimulates the absorption of sodium and water, and provides energy.
- Glycine also ensures the absorption of sodium and water.
- Potassium ions provide an equilibrium with sodium.
- Sodium chloride increases water absorption. The sodium ion is essential in rehydration. Chlorine is passively absorbed in the gut along with sodium.
- Cider vinegar contributes to palatability and provides volatile fatty acids to regenerate blood sugar levels.

INSTRUCTIONS
Hydraction should preferably be used in drinking water. If a dosing syringe is used directly in the mouth, make sure that the horse has drunk a sufficient amount of water beforehand.

60 ml per horse after exercise.
Water must be available at all times, before use and for renewal it is advisable to consult a horse nutritionist or veterinarian.
Recommended use time: 1 to 3 days.

For any situation that causes sweating or fatigue: training, competition, race, endurance tests, trekking, transport, excessive heat, stress.
