Are these covers machine washable?

LeMieux recommends the following: Machine washable on a normal program of 30 degrees. Advised to wash in a laundry bag. Pull into proper shape while damp to maintain shape while drying. Make sure the washing machine drum is large enough for the size of the pad. Please ensure all hook & loop is closed firmly prior to washing. Dry in the open air away from a heat source (not in the dryer).
