There is a special award especially for the indispensable volunteers: the KNHS volunteer badge.

Volunteers are invaluable within any sports association. An association cannot function without volunteers. Finding volunteers is a challenging job. The volunteer of today is not the same as that of the past. Many people now prefer short-term and project-based volunteer work and do not feel tied to one organisation. All the more reason to put the volunteers who have been committed to equestrian sports for years in the spotlight and to reward them with a volunteer badge.
