Product description
Stomach Compositum supports digestion. It has a soothing effect on the mucous membranes, strengthens the stomach wall and helps maintain the normal acidity of the stomach. In addition, it has relaxing and appetite-stimulating properties.

In October 2005, a placebo-controlled double-blind study was conducted at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Utrecht into the effect of various remedies for stomach problems in air-sucking horses. For this study, the horses were given the De Groene Os stomach compositum for seven weeks. The research shows that these horses are significantly less likely to suck air and crib-bite than horses that were given another drug.

How to use?
2 times a day, 2 drops scoops into the food (slightly moisten the powder to prevent it from being blown out of the food bowl).

Unless the vet or therapist prescribes otherwise.

1 scoop Horse & Pony = 3 grams

Use in the form of a 6-week treatment.

Depending on the results, the treatment can then be extended.

After 6 weeks of use, always take a break week insert.

Composition
Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice), Zingiber officinalis (ginger), Cetraria islandica (Icelandic moss), Calcium carbonate*, Silybum marianus (Milk thistle), Angelica archangelica extract (great angelica), Mentha piperita (peppermint), Matricaria chamomilla (chamomile), Humulus lupulus (hop), Taraxacum officinale (dandelion).

Peppermint(Mentha piperita) supports digestion and calms the stomach.

Icelandic moss (Cetraria islandica) protects the stomach wall and supports digestion and appetite .

Licorice(Glycyrrhiza glabra) softens the mucous membranes (particularly the gastric mucosa), helps to repair the stomach wall and supports normal acidity in the stomach.

Special features and interactions
Do not use during pregnancy and lactation, unless the veterinarian or therapist advises otherwise. Contains licorice: avoid in animals with high blood pressure. This dietary supplement takes up a lot of volume according to the recommended use. This may make it more difficult to give this product to fussy animals.
