All nutrients and building materials a joint needs are supplied by cell walls. This is because joints are not directly connected to the blood vessels. Cortaflex contains precursors (isolated building blocks) of Chondroitin sulphate and Glucosamine sulphate, in a special ratio, formulated to guarantee an extremely good absorbability and effectiveness.

This supplement also contains Hyaluronic Acid, which is the main component of joint fluid (cartilage). Original Hyaluronic Acid must be injected because it is derived from collagen tpe II, which has a weight of 6 million Daltons. This type is only effective when injected directly into the joint but not for oral use. The Hyaluronic Acid in Cortaflex is vegetable and therefore has a lower molecular weight of 50,000 Daltons, which means that it is better absorbed through the cell wall.
