Instructions:

Turn on:
• Connect the USB to the power bank
• Press and hold the controller for 3 seconds to turn on the bodywarmer

For heat exchange:
• Press the LED controller for 1 second to change the heat
• Red light: high (55 degrees)
• White light: medium (50 degrees)
• Blue light: low (45 degrees)

To turn off:
• Press and hold until the controller light turns off.
