Use :

Pour the contents of the bag into a glass or wooden bowl. Add water to a smooth and homogeneous paste, stirring with a wooden spoon. Adjust the fastness of the paste depending on the use. Apply the pasta directly to the zone to be treated in a thick layer of 2 to 3 cm. If necessary, tie the compression with a bandage. Allow to work for 4 hours and rinse with water.
