GREEN CLAY SACHETS FOR COMPRESSIONS

Also recommended for recovery after strenuous exercise.
Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass or wooden bowl. Add water, stirring with a wooden spoon, until a smooth, homogeneous paste is obtained. Adjust the consistency of the paste according to use. Apply the paste directly to the area to be treated in a thick layer of 2 to 3 cm. If necessary, secure the compress with a bandage. Leave on for 4 hours and rinse with water.
