The turnlock feeder has a large but manageable size and is sturdy, but unfortunately, the rotary system does not work as efficiently, so a little less easy or convenient to use than I had hoped... once tightened, it did tighten ;-)

Which ton is suitable for a bag of lumps of 40 or 70 liters?
That depends on how large the bag of lumps is and what the specific gravity of the lumps is. In most cases, a 40-liter container is just too small, a 70-liter container gives you more certainty that the bag of food will fit and has some space left.
