A measuring cup contains 15 grams. Electrolyte Mix is a diet food to compensate for loss of electrolytes during heavy sweating. Recommended duration of use: 1-3 days, but can be repeated as needed. Water must always be available.

What is in Electrolyte Mix?
Sodium
For proper functioning of nerve cells and muscle cells.

Chloride
The electrolyte that is lost the most while sweating. Plays an important role in maintaining a good acid-base balance in the body.

Bicarbonate
Supports the body in buffering built-up lactic acid before it can cause muscle damage.

Potassium
For maintaining cell pressure and influences nerve and muscle function together with sodium.

Calcium
Supports heart rhythm, blood clotting, muscle contraction and other metabolic processes.

Phosphate (Phosphorus)
Part of the molecule in which energy is stored and released in the body.

Magnesium
