Mooie schoen

Helaas maatje te klein besteld voor mijn paard. Ze is een kwpn van 1.65 met niet hele grote voeten maar een M was toch net te krap (en ze is net bekapt) Maar buiten dat hele fijne schoen! Ziet er mooi en stevig uit. Heb hem dus alleen nog niet kunnen gebruiken dus of die goed blijft zitten weet ik niet.

Makkelijk aan te trekken

Wij gebruiken deze hoefschoenen in de trailer om de achterhoeven om uitglijden te voorkomen. Ze zijn makkelijk aan te trekken en werken goed. Alleen ze gaan ook wel iets te makkelijk uit bij even misstappen.

Très utile en attendant le maréchal

Ce n'est pas une hipposandale, mais en cas de perte de fer, cette chaussure est parfaite pour rester au box ou au paddock en attendant la visite du maréchal surtout pour le prix.

Is the shoe waterproof? so you can use it to water your hooves?

It is a rubber shoe. Since the shoe has 2 holes at the back, namely at the buckle to fix the shoe, water will probably get into the shoe when watering.

What is the dimensions lxw for the 2 smallest sizes please? 00-S doesn't mean much to me

The (00) -XS measures 10cm by 11cm. The (0) -S measures 11cm by 12cm.

If the hoof shoe can be used over an iron, which size do you take: the same as your iron or 1 size larger than the iron

It is not recommended to use the Shires Hoof Boot Black in combination with a horseshoe. The hoof shoe is intended to protect the hoof in case of iron loss, for example.

Can you use them for a ride (on the road) and trot with them?

We do not recommend this article for road trips and not for trotting. It is a shoe that protects the foot in the event of iron loss, but it is not an iron replacement. cordially
