Vitamin E 254 grams = 127 grams, MSM 745, Flaxseed 1 gram.

Dosage:
Pony (± 300 kg): 2 measuring spoons per day
Horse (± 600 kg): 4 measuring spoons per day
The supplied measuring spoon contains approximately 4 grams.

Instructions:
PharmaHorse Vitamin E can be mixed with the daily feed of your horse or pony.
