Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), B5 and B12 provide energy in the cells. Vitamin B3 (niacinamide) is required for various cellular processes. Choline aids in muscle relaxation. In addition to synthetic vitamin E, Pavo MultiVit15 also contains the natural CellProtect antioxidants for better availability of vitamin E and neutralizing free radicals.

The amount of vitamin A in Pavo Multivit 15 has been consciously lowered, because research has shown that this is often dosed too high and 'the higher the better' does not apply to this vitamin. Overdose can lead to problems.
