Het bit is te klein,...

Het bit is te klein, een grotere maat is niet leverbaar. Ik wilde een soortgelijk bit bestellen in de juiste maat, maar Agradi ziet dit niet als ruilen, dus gratis retourneren is niet mogelijk. Heel jammer, het ontbreken van flexibiliteit bij Agradi valt mij als vaste klant erg tegen. Ik bestel voor nu even ergens anders.

Beste klant, Als je een ander product wilt, bijvoorbeeld vanwege een andere maat, kun je dit eenvoudig doen door het product opnieuw te bestellen via de webshop en het eerste product te retourneren. Om technische redenen is het niet mogelijk om betalingen (of retouren) met elkaar te verrekenen. Je kunt per order, eenmalig kosteloos een retour aanmelden. Wanneer het bedrag van je bestelling na je retour onder de verzendkosten vrije drempel (€49,-) komt, zullen de initieel gratis verzendkosten alsnog in rekening gebracht worden (Nederland €4,99, België €5,99). For the right size toggle bit (double broken) .... from where to where should I measure?

You measure the part that lies in the mouth of the horse, so with this bit you measure between the clamps.
