Description
Dermiel wound spray contains antibacterially active honey and essential oils. The wound spray forms a thin film on the skin and wound, ensuring optimal protection and long lasting action.
The antibacterial effect of honey is due to the low pH and the honey enzyme glucose oxidase (GOX). This enzyme produces long-term amounts of hydrogen peroxide in contact with (wound) moisture. This causes swollen wounds to be cleaned quickly.
The low pH restores the skin's acidity and promotes wound healing. The anti-inflammatory action of the antioxidants in the honey has a calming effect on the skin and on the wound.
Application
If necessary, wipe the wound with water and dry.
Spray 2 to 3 times on the wound and / or irritated skin.
Do not cover superficial wounds, damaged and irritated skin.
Cover large and deep wounds with a mesh and, if possible, fix it through a dressing.
