Terms and Conditions for Participating in the Agradi Partner Program:

  1. The partner code can be used on the entire product range of Agradi products.

  2. Before you can sign up/ become a member of the Agradi Partner Program,you must have a business account on Agradi.nl, and you must also registerfor the partner program using this email address. Without a business account,it is not possible to become an Agradi partner.

  3. As an Agradi Partner, you must display the partner code prominently on the available posters. Additionally, a digital poster will be provided with the unique code for presentation. This digital poster (PowerPoint) can be downloaded.

  4. The Agradi Partner Program must be mentioned on the partner's website with the Agradi Partner logo and a link to the Agradi homepage. As a partner, you have a reasonable time (8 weeks) to place this logo on your site. Various logo formats will be provided upon confirmation of the partner program registration to facilitate the placement on your website. If, after the specified time of 8 weeks, there is no logo and/or link present on the partner's website, Agradi will contact the Agradi partner. If no response is received within 14 days, the code may be deactivated, and there is a chance of exclusion from the partner program and loss of store credit.

  5.  The code may be distributed via the communication package or through newsletters to the Agradi partner's customer base. The code is intended solely for the partner's own customer base.

  6. The unique and personal code must not appear or circulate on social media. If this happens, a warning will be issued first. If there is no compliance, the code will be changed after 14 days. If no response is received within these 14 days, despite repeated contact from Agradi, the code may be deactivated, and there is a chance of exclusion from the partner program and loss of store credit.

    Note: It is allowed to refer to the partnership online. For example, you can communicate on social media that you are an Agradi Partner, but you can only share the code through private messages or by referring to the poster on location.

  7. The Agradi partner discount is applicable to the entire product range.

  8. The unique code is valid for a few years. If the code has expired, please contact Agradi.

  9. If the code remains unused for 6 months or longer, the code may bedeactivated, and store credit may be lost.

  10. Store credit is calculated based on the value of the placed orders using the unique code of the entrepreneur, excluding shipping costs and any payment fees. These two cost items are not included in the total amount for which store credit is calculated.
By signing up for this partner program, you agree to the above terms and conditions.

Agradi reserves the right to amend these terms in the future. If the terms are
violated, Agradi has the right to address the partners accordingly and, in case of
repeated violations, even terminate the partnership.
