Order excluding VAT

Business customers are required to provide their valid VAT registration number at the time of placing an order. If no VAT number is entered, the order will be processed as a standard consumer order and VAT will be charged at the applicable consumer rate. Once the order has been completed, it is no longer possible to retroactively amend the tax treatment or obtain a refund of VAT. We strongly advise business customers to have their VAT number ready before proceeding with their order.
