Contest Terms and Conditions

Are you participating in a contest on our Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok page? By doing so, you automatically accept the following terms and conditions:

• Participation in our contests is free of charge.

• You can win prizes by following the steps mentioned in the contest post.

• Participation is allowed as long as the winner has not yet been announced in the text or comments.

• You may only enter each contest once unless the contest is running on multiple platforms.

• To participate, you must be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent or guardian).

• The awarded prizes cannot be returned or exchanged. Therefore, make sure to provide the correct desired size.

• The size and/or color specified in the participant’s response will be considered final.

• If the desired product is out of stock or has a longer delivery time, a suitable alternative will be provided.

• For each contest, one winner will be selected unless stated otherwise.

• The winner will be announced within three weeks in the text of the contest post and/or in the comments of the post through our official accounts. Please note that fake accounts may be active on social media. Agradi will never ask you to click on a link. If in doubt, please contact us.

• The winner must send an email to marketing@agradi.nl within two weeks to claim their prize.

• Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions or to change and/or cancel the contest without providing a reason.

• Your data will only be used for handling the contest and will not be shared with third parties.

• Agradi cannot be held responsible for technical errors, loss of entries, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect participation in the contest.
