Conditions of returns

  • The trial period of 90 calendar days from the date of delivery has not yet expired;
  • The return must be registered with Agradi within 30 days of receipt of the order. Following registration of the return, the customer has a period of 14 days to return the goods to Agradi.
  • If the returned item is not clean, for example due to the presence of hair, Agradi reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of €4.99. This amount will be deducted from the refund of the order;
  • The item is clean, complete and undamaged (You can evaluate the product as you would in a store, not test it extensively!);
  • The item has not been used;
  • Items should smell like new. Therefore, make sure that you keep an item, for example, in a smoke-free room and not in a kitchen where deep-frying takes place. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Note: Washing an item after use does not restore it to new condition.
  • The (factory) packaging is original, undamaged (if reasonably possible) and not to be described by you;
  • The return shipment will be properly packed so that items cannot be damaged during transport;
  • Product packaging should be sent in the original shipping packaging if possible. For example, pack the original shoe box or razor case in a shipping box so that this packaging is also not damaged during transport;
  • You are liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
  • For products that cannot be sold as new, the damage shall not exceed 100% of the purchase price;

Right of withdrawal

The easiest way to exercise your right of withdrawal is to send us an email with the order number indicating that you wish to cancel the order. Our system will automatically process this, cancel the order, and process the refund via the payment method you used.

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax, or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days after we have been informed are informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement, returned to us. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 30 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.
