The Stübben REV Sport saddle has been developed for riders who want to combine comfort, functionality and a modern look. This sporty saddle builds on the original Stübben REV concept and has been designed with attention to even pressure distribution and freedom of movement of the horse. The model is suitable for intensive use and can also be a suitable option for horses with a more challenging back shape. In addition, the saddle can be the ideal solution if you have several horses and/or when performing multiple disciplines, for example jumping and dressage.

The basis of the REV Sport saddle is the patented saddle tree, designed by Martin Ryan. This saddle tree has been developed with the aim of distributing the forces that arise during riding as evenly as possible over the bearing surface.
Characteristic is the continuous load-bearing surface from front to back. The flexible rear stections are designed to follow the natural movement of the horse. When the rider takes a seat, the chamber opens up slightly, contributing to extra space in the shoulder area.
The U-shaped construction separates the seat from the support surface on the horse's back. This creates a springy effect that can help absorb movement, while maintaining contact between rider and horse.

The saddle tree is made of a glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic compound. This material contributes to a relatively low weight and gives the saddle its characteristic, modern look.

Like all Stübben saddles, the REV Sport saddle is also made by hand in Kempen, Germany. The production of the saddle tree takes place in a multi-stage production process that requires accuracy and craftsmanship.

Thanks to the construction of the saddle tree, the saddle is designed to retain its shape for a long time. Depending on the horse and use, control by a saddle fitter may remain desirable.
