Pavo SpeediBeet

Pavo SpeediBeet is a high-quality forage that supports gut health. It is made from sugar-extracted beet pulp flakes and contains no additives, including no molasses. The flakes are processed using a patented heating method, which allows the product to be soaked quickly – in just 10 minutes – in either hot or cold water. Tasty, convenient, and healthy for all horses.

Pavo SpeediBeet contains no starch and has a sugar content of only 5%, making it an ideal feed for sugar-sensitive horses.

Pavo SpeediBeet is high in pectin, a soluble fiber that is even more digestible than the fibers in regular forage. This makes beet pulp a fantastic source of slow-release energy and perfect for performance horses. Pectin also has a prebiotic effect, meaning the fibers support the growth of healthy gut bacteria.

Pavo SpeediBeet falls under the forage category and contains no added vitamins or minerals. If you feed only Pavo SpeediBeet alongside your regular forage, it is recommended to supplement vitamins and minerals, for example with Pavo DailyFit biscuits or Pavo Vital pellets.

Note: Pavo SpeediBeet should only be fed soaked. Ensure it is stored safely so horses cannot access it unsupervised.

Feeding Tip

Because Pavo SpeediBeet contains very little sugar and no molasses, many horses need time to get used to the taste. For the first few days, mix SpeediBeet with your usual concentrate feed or add a little Pavo SlobberMash. After a few days, you can gradually reduce the mix if desired.

Application

Ingredients

Beet pulp flakes (<8% sugar)

Recommended amount as a healthy supplement: 50 g per 100 kg body weight per day.

Maximum feeding amount as part of the forage: 400 g per 100 kg body weight per day.

Preparation: Mix 1 part SpeediBeet with 3 parts water. Stir well and let sit for at least 10 minutes. Once the beet pulp flakes are fully soaked, it is ready to feed.
