To celebrate our history, Back on Track is reintroducing one of our first saddle pad models – but updated, improved, and with an enhanced effect! The innovative, anatomically designed fit – now a Back On Track classic – ensures the pad conforms to the curvature of the back, lifting clearly over the withers to prevent pressure points. The saddle loops have been replaced by foam-filled stoppers that hold the pad in place and prevent it from sliding backwards. The inside, which lies closest to the horse, is fully lined with our Welltex®️-infused Power Waffle fabric – the material that emits the strongest reflection of far infrared energy (FIR). The effect is enhanced by an extra layer of Welltex®️-containing material as part of the padding. FIR is known to stimulate circulation, and its beneficial effect can help reduce muscle tension and keep back muscles warm and supple during training and performance. This, in turn, can also help to reduce the risk of injury.
These saddle pads are minimalist and timeless and feature an elegant quilted pattern of small squares.

Power Waffle™️
Power Waffle™️ is a moisture-wicking and quick-drying fabric with a waffle structure, which is often used for the lining of saddle pads. We call the material Power Waffle™️ because it offers the most powerful FIR reflection of all our materials.
These properties are due to a very high mineral content, which is melted into the fabric threads during the manufacturing process. The waffle 3D structure enhances the FIR effect by simply incorporating more of it into a specific area. The chosen functional fabric is highly breathable and, due to its structure, also creates very small air pockets that allow air to circulate.
