Nutrient-rich mash for peak performance and recovery

Prepare & Recover is a nutrient-rich mash designed to support preparation for and recovery after athletic performance. It contains all the vitamins and minerals a horse needs and can therefore replace (part of) the current concentrate feed. It contains a complete mix of ingredients supporting optimal performance and recovery. It includes extra protein, iron, selenium and vitamin E for muscles, electrolytes for fluid balance, and pre- and probiotics to stimulate digestion and nutrient absorption.

When to use Prepare & Recover?

• Around peak performance (such as cross-country, long rides or multi-day competitions)
• As a (partial) replacement for concentrate feed or as an additional supplement

Composition
Linseed chaff pellets, sunflower seed meal, dried alfalfa, linseed flakes, linseed oil, linseed, extruded peas, pea flakes, timothy grass (artificially dried), monocalcium phosphate, sodium chloride, calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, inulin (0.2%).

What’s in Prepare & Recover?
Alfalfa: structured, healthy protein source.
Sunflower seeds: rich in vitamins, minerals, unsaturated fatty acids and amino acids, easily digestible.
Linseed (oil): rich in fatty acids and supports digestion.
Peas (flakes): good protein source.
Timothy: fibrous, palatable grass with low sugar content.
Vitamin E & selenium: help protect cells against free radicals.
Sodium bicarbonate & magnesium oxide: buffers for normal stomach acidity.
Calcium: supports muscle function.
Electrolytes: support fluid balance during exercise.
Gut flora stabiliser: yeast probiotics.

Feeding advice
Feed at least one day before, on the day itself and at least one day after intensive exercise. Can replace (part of) concentrate feed.

Feed up to 8 weeks before and 4 weeks after performance.

Mix with lukewarm water in a 1:3 ratio.

Suitable for adult horses and pregnant mares.

One full scoop ≈ 550 g.

Dosage: 100 g per 100 kg body weight per day.
Preparation: mix with water (1:3).
