Does my dog need a coat?
Not every dog needs a coat. Small dogs, older dogs, dogs with a short or thin coat and dogs that have just been clipped get cold more quickly. In wet and cold weather, a dog coat keeps them warm and dry. Make sure the coat fits well and your dog can move freely.
Collar or harness: which should I choose?
A harness spreads the pressure across the chest and shoulders, making it comfortable for dogs that pull, small dogs and dogs with sensitive airways. A collar is handy for attaching an ID tag and suits dogs that walk nicely on the lead. Many owners use both.
How do I choose the right bed size?
Measure your dog from nose to base of the tail while lying down and add 15 to 20 centimetres. If your dog likes to sleep curled up, a round bed with a raised edge can be ideal. If he prefers to stretch out, choose a large cushion or mattress.
Do I need to treat for ticks and fleas in autumn and winter too?
Yes. Ticks are active as soon as it’s above about 7 degrees, so often well into autumn and, in mild weather, even in winter. Fleas actually thrive in a heated home. Year-round protection is therefore sensible.
Why is a scratching post important for my cat?
Scratching is natural behaviour: it keeps your cat’s claws in condition, lets her stretch and marks her territory. A sturdy scratching post in a central spot stops her scratching your furniture. A tall scratching post with resting platforms also gives her a safe lookout.
How big should my rabbit’s hutch be?
Rabbits need plenty of space to run and stand on their hind legs. Choose a spacious hutch and combine it with a run so your rabbit can exercise every day. Provide a hideaway, fresh hay and fresh water at all times.

Order before 21:00 and we’ll ship it the same day. Delivery time depends on your country; most orders arrive within a few working days.
How do I return something?
You have 30 days to return your order. Register your return via your account, stick the return label on the parcel and drop it off at a collection point.
