How does our savings program work?
It's very simple! You sign up for free as an Agradi member and can start collecting points right away! Just for signing up, you already receive 100 points.

You can earn points in various ways. You can then easily redeem those points for great gifts!

Finally, as an Agradi member you can advance from Bronze to Silver, Gold, or even Platinum! At each membership level you benefit from extra perks, such as more available gifts.

How do I earn points?
You earn points for every euro you spend. There are also other activities through which you can earn points, such as writing a review or signing up for our newsletter. To see all the ways you can earn points, go to the "Earn Points" section on this page.

How do I redeem my points?
Once you are logged into your account, go to the "Rewards" section on this page. When you have saved enough points, you can redeem them here for rewards!

How many free products can I add per order?
You can add one free reward per order.

I redeemed points for a gift but don't see the free product?
Go to https://agradi.nl/pages/rewards, log in with your Agradi account, and click the "View rewards" button. Any rewards you have previously claimed but not yet used can be found here under "Existing rewards." Click the green arrow next to the existing reward to add this gift to your shopping cart.

What do the different point statuses mean?

  • Approved: Ready to use for rewards.
  • Pending: Your points are awaiting verification. Typical for recent purchases and referrals.
  • Cancelled: Not added to your account, for example when a purchase is cancelled.

What does "Fill your shopping cart first" mean?*
To claim and order your free item or reward, you must first add paid items to your shopping cart.

When will my points be credited?
After completing your purchase, the points will be permanently added to your account within 20 days. This waiting period is in place to ensure that points are correctly assigned. After this period, you can use the points without restrictions.

Do I receive loyalty points when purchasing a gift card?
Yes, you receive loyalty points when purchasing a gift card. However, when redeeming a gift card, no loyalty points are awarded on the amount paid with the gift card. For example, if you make a purchase of €100 and pay €40 of that with a gift card, you will only receive loyalty points on the remaining €60.

Can I still receive loyalty points if I placed an order with a guest account?
Yes, customers who placed an order as a guest and create an account within one day can still receive the loyalty points retroactively. This applies within a period of one day after placing the order.

Agradi Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

  • Free claimed items cannot be returned, and the used points will not be refunded.
  • Free items can only be claimed if you have paid items in your shopping cart.
  • Your points remain valid for 12 months.
  • Your level/tier may change based on your order history over the past 12 months. If you order less, you may drop to a lower tier, but you can rise again with new purchases!
  • After purchase, it takes 20 days before your points are permanently credited.
  • Agradi reserves the right to change or cancel promotions or terms.
  • When purchasing a gift card, you receive loyalty points. However, when paying with a gift card, no points are awarded on the amount paid with it.
  • If you place an order as a guest and create an account within one day, you will still receive the loyalty points retroactively.

What are the conditions for our vouchers?
At Agradi we make vouchers available to our loyal customers. This is an additional discount that you can apply in your shopping cart. Vouchers are always valid on a minimum order amount*. This order amount excludes shipping costs. You can use one voucher per order. Additionally, vouchers cannot always be applied to the entire product range, and some exceptions may apply.

Typically, these discounts are valid on the following amounts:

  • Loyalty voucher: €7.50 on a minimum order of €75.00

When you want to apply a voucher to your order, please take the minimum amount into account. Note that some exceptions for the use of vouchers may also apply.

For technical reasons, vouchers cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.

The expiry dates of vouchers can be found in your account. If the order amount falls below the minimum order amount after a return, the amount of the relevant voucher may still be charged.

Upon full return of the order, the total amount paid will be refunded.

Influencer and partner codes may only be shared by the relevant influencer or partner themselves on their own platform(s), as set out in the associated terms and conditions.
