Returning large, heavy or oversized items

Have you received an item that is larger, longer or heavier than a standard parcel? These items fall outside our standard return service. Below, you can find information on how to return these items depending on the situation.

1. Items longer than 1 metre via DPD

Our carrier DPD delivers large parcels up to 1.75 metres directly to your home. Would you like to return an item that is longer than 1 metre? Please note that DPD Parcel Shops cannot accept parcels longer than 100 cm due to limited storage capacity.

As these parcels are refused at drop-off locations, we are unfortunately unable to provide a standard return label for them. Returns of items longer than 1 metre must therefore be arranged at your own expense through a carrier of your choice. For advice on the available options, please contact our customer service team.

2. Pallets, large items (such as wheelbarrows) or deliveries via Sanders Fritom

Was your order delivered on a pallet, directly by the supplier, or via the carrier Sanders Fritom? Or would you like to return a parcel that weighs more than 32 kg or is longer than 1.70 metres? These shipments must be returned at your own expense.

You can arrange this in two ways:

  • Return transport via Agradi: We can arrange the transport for you. The associated costs will be charged afterwards.
  • Your own carrier: If you choose to arrange the return yourself through another carrier or shipping method (such as a courier service, express shipment or registered mail), please note that we will not reimburse these shipping costs afterwards unless you have received prior written approval from Agradi.
