Advent Calendar 2025 Terms & Conditions

From December 22, certain terms and conditions apply to the Agradi Advent Calendar.

General

  1. By participating in the Agradi Advent Calendar, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  2. Participation in the giveaways is free of charge.
  3. Agradi reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time or to terminate the giveaways without explanation.
  4. The giveaways are only valid during the indicated promotional period.

Participation

  1. You can win prizes by fulfilling the conditions stated for each specific giveaway.
  2. All requested information must be completed accurately and in full.
  3. You may only register once per giveaway.
  4. To participate, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
  5. Note: participation is only possible from the countries linked to the specific Instagram/Facebook page:
    1. On our Dutch pages, only participants from the Netherlands and Belgium can participate.
    2. On our German page, only participants from Germany and Austria can participate.
    3. On our French page, only participants from France and Belgium can participate.
    4. On our International pages, only participants from the countries we deliver to can participate.

Winners & Communication

  1. One winner is drawn per giveaway unless otherwise stated.
  2. Winners are announced in the giveaway post on social media. (Note: fake accounts are active on social media. Agradi never asks you to click on a link. If in doubt, contact us.)
  3. The winner must contact us within 2 weeks of the announcement by emailing marketing@agradi.nl with the requested information.

Prizes

  1. Won products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please always provide the correct size.
  2. Sizes/colors indicated in your reply under the giveaway post on social media are binding.
  3. If a desired product is out of stock, Agradi will offer a suitable alternative.
  4. Won products may not be resold to third parties.
