PIVO Account

To access all PIVO features, first download the PIVO Track App to your smartphone.

After installation:

• Create a PIVO account using your email address and password.
• An account is required to use:
  • Lesson Mode
  • AI Horse Tracking
  • Cloud storage
  • Video Annotation and video analysis

Lesson Mode

Lesson Mode allows riders and coaches to train together remotely in real time.

Requirements:

• Both the rider and coach must have a PIVO account.
• Both users must be signed in.
• A stable internet connection is required.
• The coach can be invited to join a live training session.
• Live video and audio allow the coach to provide instant feedback during the ride.

Recording with the Remote Control

To use the standard recording function, the PIVO Remote Control must first be paired with the PIVO Pod.

Pairing the Remote Control

1. Press and hold the Power button on the PIVO Pod.
2. At the same time, press and hold the + button on the Remote Control.
3. Wait until you hear two confirmation beeps ("beep beep").
4. The Remote Control is now successfully paired.

The zoom function is only available when Auto Zoom has been disabled in the Settings menu (gear icon).

Important Safety Information

The PIVO Pod contains a precision-engineered internal geared motor that enables smooth and accurate subject tracking.

To maintain optimal performance:

• Do not drop the PIVO Pod.
• Avoid shocks or heavy impacts.
• Damage to internal components may affect tracking performance or render the device unusable.
• Store the PIVO Pod in a safe place.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Battery

The PIVO Pod features a built-in rechargeable lithium battery.

• Battery life: approximately 3–4 hours on a full charge (depending on usage).
• Regular charging is recommended to maintain optimal performance.

Smart Mount

The upper smartphone holder can be removed by twisting it off.

This allows the PIVO Smart Mount accessory to be attached.

With the upper holder removed, the height of the PIVO Pod is:
