The neck protector is beneficial for a stiff neck, tension headaches, or whiplash. The neck protector with collar features a "bib" on the front and back. While whiplash is often associated with the cervical vertebrae, the upper thoracic vertebrae can also contribute to the pain. The protector also covers part of the shoulders. If you also experience pain in the shoulders or shoulder blades, we recommend using one of our short- or long-sleeved T-shirts as an addition. The neck protector was developed in collaboration with Pisksnärten, a rehabilitation association for whiplash patients in Uppsala, Sweden.
