The outer is made of'Soft Shell', a revolutionary ultra lightweight, waterproof, wind-stopping and breathable fabric (90% polyester, 10% elastane), coated with a polyurethane sheet and combined to warm and absorbent 100% polyester polar fleece inner. Features a high folding collar with an opening for the leash. Elasticated chest area for a good fit when the dog moves about and to secure the rug in the correct position. Self-gripping belly band fastening on sides and loops with clips on back. Machine washable at 30°C.
