Orders can only be placed using the website, placing orders over the phone is not possible.
First you have to find the article that you want. This can be done by navigating the site using our different categories or brands. You can also use the search bar at the top to search for products. Once you find a product that you like you can click on it to go to the product page. Here you will find more information about the product, as well as photos, prices, reviews among other things.
When you selected the right product, colour and size you can put the item in your cart by pressing the orange button ‘’Add to shopping cart’’. This will add the product to your shopping cart and you will automatically go there as well. At this point you can either look for other products to add to your cart or if you are done finish up the order. Make sure to check whether you have the correct product, colour, size and amount of products in your cart. Also check if you can activate sticker discount(s) and make sure that you do that if that is the case. If you are happy with everything you can click the orange button “Proceed to checkout’’ to proceed to the next step.
In this step we need your information to make sure we can deliver your order to you. If you already have an account you can log in, and if you do not have an account you can create one.
Here you can choose on what address your order has to be delivered. This can be your own address, another address or a DPD parcelshop of your choosing. There are no extra costs for choosing another address. You can also leave a note for the deliverer of maximum 33 characters.
In this last step you can choose your payment method. We have several methods of payment that you can choose from, so there should always be one that suits you. After you finished your payment you will receive an order conformation via E-mail. In this order conformation you can find an overview of your order.
