Very practical silencer, easy to teach a young person to accept mowing. The first comb broke quickly (I think it was rinsed under water by someone I lent it to) but it was replaced very easily.

A very fine clipper cuts through it quite easily, unless the coat is too thick and long. I even shaved my horse's chest with it.

The batteries are partially charged upon delivery, so you can start shaving almost immediately. It comes with a very small bottle of oil for your device, so it is advisable to order oil with it. The device itself gives a very nice close shave. It sometimes has difficulty with thicker hair. Ideal for shaving your legs and shaving your head. Very quiet and therefore very pleasant for shearer and horse to use. Downside: the supplied plastic attachments for a longer shaving length do not work very well. I couldn't get a good shave with this. The device works well without the attachment heads.
