Brown

Anyone living out in the country knows the problem: smart boots that do not survive the field, or work boots you would rather not wear into a shop. The Velder Footwear Outdoor Boots J.D. have a tall shaft in water-repellent leather and an adjustable drawcord at the top.

Tall shaft with drawcord

The shaft closes high up and can be adjusted at the top with a drawcord. That lets you set the width to your calf and keeps rain and wind out of the boot. Horizontal leather straps across the shaft keep the leather in shape, even after a few wet weeks.

Water-repellent from top to bottom

The upper is made from water-repellent leather to DIN-90 and the seams are sewn with water-repellent thread. Inside there is a textile lining. Underneath the boot sits a TPR outsole with a coarse tread that grips on muddy tracks and on wet paving.

Cleaning and care

Loosen the cord first, so the shaft keeps its shape while it dries. Mud comes off with lukewarm water; after that, stand the boots indoors and not by the stove. Then rub the leather with leather grease or shoe cream, paying particular attention to the creases at the ankle and the edges of the leather straps.

Features

Upper in water-repellent leather to DIN-90

Textile lining

Sewn with water-repellent thread

Tall shaft with drawcord

TPR outsole with coarse tread

Ready for a boot that goes along both on the yard and beyond it?
